Remarks
Each band header can occupy one or more logical rows (TreeListBand.RowCount). The BandPanelRowHeight property specifies the height of these logical rows, in pixels. If this property is set to -1, the band panel row height is calculated automatically, based on band header contents. Also, the row height cannot be less than the minimum height needed to display band headers.
