baseItem	BaseLayoutItem	A BaseLayoutItem descendant (owned by the root group) next to which a new item is inserted.
insertType	DevExpress.XtraLayout.Utils.InsertType	A DevExpress.XtraLayout.Utils.InsertType enumeration value that specifies the position of the new item relative to the specified baseItem.
