baseItem	BaseLayoutItem	A BaseLayoutItem descendant (owned by the root group) next to which a new group is inserted.
insertType	DevExpress.XtraLayout.Utils.InsertType	A DevExpress.XtraLayout.Utils.InsertType enumeration value that specifies the position of the new group relative to the specified item.
