Moves the selection of certain items forward or backward from the currently selected tile.

Parameters

Name	Type	Description
delta	Int32	An Int32 value that specifies the number of tiles by which the current selection should be moved.

Remarks

Depending on whether the delta parameter is positive or negative, the selection moves forward or backward from the currently selected tile, respectively. To focus the first or last tile, call the TileView.MoveFirst or TileView.MoveLast methods.
