Remarks
If this property is set to true, end-users can expand/collapse cards by clicking the expand button whose visibility is controlled by the LayoutViewOptionsView.ShowCardExpandButton property. Cards can also be expanded/collapsed programmatically using the LayoutView.SetCardCollapsed method.
