Type	Default	Description
NewItemRowPosition	**None**	A NewItemRowPosition enumeration value specifying the new item row’s position.

Available values:

Name	Description
None	The new item row is not shown.
Top	The new item row is positioned at the top of the View.
Bottom	The new item row is positioned at the bottom of the View.
