Remarks
The AllowGroupExpandAnimation property allows you to explicitly specify whether groups are expanded/collapsed using an animation effect. If this property is set to Default, the animation effect is enabled if the WindowsFormsSettings.AnimationMode global setting is set to EnableAll or Default, and disabled otherwise.
