ColumnView.CanGroupColumn(GridColumn) Method
Indicates whether grouping by a specific column is enabled.

Remarks
For Card Views, the CanGroupColumn method always returns false.
For the GridView and its descendants, the method returns true if the following conditions are met:
- records can be sorted by specified column values (this is determined by the ColumnView.CanSortColumn method);
- the View’s GridOptionsCustomization.AllowGroup option is set to true;
- the specified column’s OptionsColumn.AllowGroup options are set to true.
Note that grouping cannot be applied to columns displaying certain data types (images, binary data etc.).
