Provides customization options for Banded Grid Views.

AllowBandMoving	Gets or sets whether bands can be moved to a new position.
AllowBandResizing	Gets or sets whether the bands can be resized.
AllowChangeBandParent	Gets or sets a value specifying whether end-users can move bands between parents.
AllowChangeColumnParent	Gets or sets a value specifying whether end-users can move columns between bands.
AllowColumnMoving	Gets or sets whether end-users are allowed to move columns by dragging their headers. Inherited from GridOptionsCustomization.
