Remarks

The Assign method is useful if you need to have the same or slightly different options in several Views. It enables you to set the options necessary and then copy them to other Views.

Usually, you will use the Assign method to copy settings from one BandedGridOptionsCustomization object to another. The parameter is a source object. The caller is a destination object.

Note: the parameter can be any BaseOptions descendant. The Assign method copies only those properties that are common to both source and destination objects. So you could copy a banded View’s customization options to an Advanced Banded Grid View. You will have to pass a BandedGridOptionsCustomization object as the parameter.
