GridControl.ExportToText(String, TextExportOptions) Method

Exports the data displayed by the GridControl.DefaultView (the GridControl.MainView or the currently maximized detail View) to the specified file in Text format using the specified options.

Parameters

Name	Type	Description
filePath	String	A String which specifies the name (including the full path) of the file to which the control is exported.
options	TextExportOptions	A TextExportOptions object which specifies the export options to be applied when the default View’s data is exported.

Remarks

This method indirectly calls the PrintingSystemBase.ExportToText method of the XtraPrinting Library. If this library is not available the method does nothing. For details on the ExportToText method see the PrintingSystemBase.ExportToText topic.
