Remarks
The GridColumn.Width property cannot be set to a value less than specified by the MinWidth property. So, the column’s width cannot be set to a value less than the specified minimum, either by end-users or in code.
In the GridView Views, you can specify the maximum width for a column via the GridColumn.MaxWidth property.
