index	Int32	A zero-based integer specifying the desired group’s position within the TileGroupCollection. If it’s negative or exceeds the last available index, an exception is raised.

TileGroup	A TileGroup object that is contained within the current TileGroupCollection.

Remarks

Use the Item property to access tile groups using index notation. A collection of groups, used within the current TileControl, can be obtained via the TileControl.Groups property.
