Remarks
The MaxSeconds and RepositoryItemTimeSpanEdit.MinSeconds properties specify the maximum and minimum number of seconds that can be set using the edit box or tiles in the dropdown.
Setting the MaxSeconds property to a negative value throws a ArgumentException.
To specify whether it is allowed to edit the seconds component of the time interval, use the RepositoryItemTimeSpanEdit.AllowEditSeconds property.
