The constructor creates a new RepositoryItemColorEdit class instance with default settings.
When a color editor is created, the current constructor is automatically invoked to initialize the control’s ColorEdit.Properties property. Generally you do not need to call the RepositoryItemColorEdit constructor unless you have to create color editors for inplace editing (for use in the Grid Control or other DevExpress container controls).
