ComboBoxItemCollection.Insert(Int32, Object) Method

Inserts a new element at the specified position.

Parameters

Name Type Description
index Int32

The zero-based index specifying the position at which the item should be inserted.

item Object

The item to insert.

Remarks

The Insert method inserts a new element at the specified position by moving all successive elements to the end of the collection. If the index is equal to or greater than the number of items in the collection, the item is appended to the end.

The ComboBoxItemCollection.Add and ComboBoxItemCollection.AddRange methods allow you to add items to the end of the collection.
