Remarks
Use the RuntimeSelection property to enable selection of chart elements at runtime. To programmatically implement custom selection of chart elements, use the pair of ChartControl.SetObjectSelection and ChartControl.ClearSelection methods.
To choose whether a single series point or an entire series should be selected, set the ChartControl.RuntimeSeriesSelectionMode property to either SeriesSelectionMode.Point or SeriesSelectionMode.Series.
Note
If you handle the ChartControl.ObjectSelected event, it will be raised regardless of the current RuntimeSelection property value.
