Remarks
By default, when the ToolTipController property is set to null, tooltips within the RibbonStatusBar are controlled by the DefaultToolTipController. If a DefaultToolTipController object is assigned to the ToolTipController property, tooltips will be controlled by this ToolTipController, not by the DefaultToolTipController.
