Remarks
bar item links support fading animation effects. After the mouse cursor has been hovered over the bar item link, it starts highlighting. After the mouse cursor has left the item’s bounds, it starts fading out. The ItemAnimationLength property specifies the length of the animation effects, in system timer ticks.
If the ItemAnimationLength property is set to 0, the fading animation effects are not used, and the highlights are removed immediately.
