Remarks
Ribbon page groups support fading animation effects. After the mouse cursor has been hovered over the group or its item, the group starts highlighting. After the mouse cursor has left the button’s bounds, the group starts fading out. The GroupAnimationLength property specifies the length of the animation effects, in system timer ticks.
If the GroupAnimationLength property is set to 0, the fading animation effects are not used, and the highlights are removed immediately.
