BackstageViewItem Properties

A base class for items within a BackstageViewControl.

Name	Description
AllowGlyphSkinning	Gets or sets whether the current BackstageViewItem‘s icon should be painted with the BackstageViewItem foreground color.
AllowHtmlString	Gets or sets whether HTML formatting is allowed when setting the BackstageViewItem.Caption property.
Appearance	Provides access to appearance settings applied to this BackstageViewItemBase descendant in the normal state. Inherited from BackstageViewItemBase.
AppearanceDisabled	Provides access to appearance settings applied to this BackstageViewItemBase descendant in its disabled state. Inherited from BackstageViewItemBase.
AppearanceHover	Provides access to appearance settings applied to this BackstageViewItemBase descendant in its hovered state. Inherited from BackstageViewItemBase.
CanRaiseEvents protected	Gets a value indicating whether the component can raise an event. Inherited from Component.
Caption	Gets or sets the item’s display caption.
CaptionHorizontalAlignment	Gets or sets the horizontal alignment of the item’s caption region.
CaptionVerticalAlignment	Gets or sets the vertical alignment of the item’s caption region.
Container	Gets the IContainer that contains the Component. Inherited from Component.
Control	Gets a BackstageViewControl that owns the current item. Inherited from BackstageViewItemBase.
DesignMode protected	Gets a value that indicates whether the Component is currently in design mode. Inherited from Component.
Enabled	Gets or sets whether the current item is enabled or disabled.
Events protected	Gets the list of event handlers that are attached to this Component. Inherited from Component.
Glyph	Gets or sets an image for the current item.
GlyphDisabled	Gets or sets an image for the current item that will be displayed when the current item is disabled.
GlyphHorizontalAlignment	Gets or sets the horizontal alignment of the item’s glyph region.
GlyphHover	Gets or sets an image for the current item that will be displayed when the current item is hovered over.
GlyphLocation	Gets or sets the location of the item’s glyph region relative to its caption region.
GlyphPressed	Gets or sets an image for the current item that will be displayed when the current item is pressed with a mouse button.
GlyphVerticalAlignment	Gets or sets the vertical alignment of the item’s glyph region.
ImageIndex	Gets or sets the index of an image within the BackstageViewControl.Images collection.
ImageIndexDisabled	Gets or sets the index of an image within the BackstageViewControl.Images collection. This image will be displayed when the current item is disabled.
ImageIndexHover	Gets or sets the index of an image within the BackstageViewControl.Images collection. This image will be displayed when the current item is hovered over.
ImageIndexPressed	Gets or sets the index of an image within the BackstageViewControl.Images collection. This image will be displayed when the current item is pressed using a mouse button.
ImageOptions	Provides access to properties that allow you to set up raster and vector images for this BackstageViewItem.
Images	Gets the image collection assigned to the owner’s BackstageViewControl.Images property.
KeyTip	Gets or sets the Key Tip for this BackstageViewItem.
Name	Gets or sets the item’s name. Inherited from BackstageViewItemBase.
Site	Gets or sets the ISite of the Component. Inherited from Component.
SuperTip	Allows you to assign a Super Tip to the item.
Tag	Gets or sets an object that contains custom data for the current BackstageViewItem object.
