Displays a hint relative to the specified point using current ToolTipController settings

Parameters

Name	Type	Description
toolTip	String	The text to display as a tooltip.
cursorPosition	Point	The point relative to which the tooltip should be displayed.

Remarks

The method invokes the ToolTipController.BeforeShow and ToolTipController.CalcSize events before displaying the hint.
