How to: Remove Specific Operators from FilterControl

  • 3 minutes to read

The following code handles the FilterControl.PopupMenuShowing event to customize the control’s built-in menus.

  • Menu items are hidden, disabled and renamed in the Group menu:

  • Menu items are removed in the Clause (operator) menu for the “ID” column:

The Filter Control is invoked from a Data Grid. To access this Filter Control and subscribe to its PopupMenuShowing event, the ColumnView.FilterEditorCreated event is handled.
