Returns

Boolean	true if the specified row is visible; otherwise, false.

Remarks

The IsRowVisible method returns false in the following cases:

• The specified row is invalid.
• The specified row is hidden within a collapsed group row.

To obtain the total number of visible rows, use the DataControlBase.VisibleRowCount property.
