Boolean	true, if the top row time should be always visible; otherwise, false.

Remarks

Use the AlwaysShowTimeDesignator property to specify if the time value for the top row should be always visible. It can be useful for the Day View or the Work Week View, when it’s difficult to understand what value the top row of time cells belongs to.
