Remarks

Specify the AllowAppointmentDragBetweenResources property to control an end-users capability to drag appointments from one resource to another in a centralized manner. You can override this global behavior by handling the SchedulerControl.CustomAllowAppointmentDragBetweenResources event.

Use the SchedulerControl.AllowAppointmentDrag property to restrict dragging appointments to any place within the scheduling area. Setting the SchedulerControl.AllowAppointmentConflicts property restricts dragging appointments to the time interval another appointment occupies.
