OptionsView.FirstDayOfWeek Property
Gets or sets the value indicating the week day, from which weeks should start in the current view. This is a dependency property.

Note that if the FirstDayOfWeek property is set to FirstDayOfWeek.System, then the first day of the week will be obtained from the regional options on the local machine.
