The MoreButtonClickedRoutedEventArgs provides information on the time interval of the cell where the “More” button is located - MoreButtonClickedRoutedEventArgs.Interval, the resource associated with the time cell - MoreButtonClickedRoutedEventArgs.Resource, and on the top visible time of the view to which the scheduler navigates - MoreButtonClickedRoutedEventArgs.TargetViewStart.

To cancel the default action navigating to the out of sight appointment, set the Handled property value to true.
