The ShowTimeRulers property can be used when the DayView or Work-Week View is the current active view, and appointments are grouped by resources or no grouping is applied in the SchedulerControl.
To access the VisualDayViewResourcesBasedViewInfo class descendant for obtaining the value of the ShowTimeRulers property, you can use the SchedulerViewBase.VisualViewInfo property of the object returned by the SchedulerControl.ActiveView property.
