Gets or sets how a specific NavBar object is scrolled, using a scroll bar or scroll buttons. This is an attached property.

Remarks
You can use the ScrollMode attached property to specify how a NavBar control’s NavBarControl.View is scrolled. Apply this property to an object assigned to the NavBarControl.View property.
You can also specify the scroll mode for individual groups via the NavBarGroup.GroupScrollMode property. This property, if used, overrides the ScrollMode setting applied to the NavBar control’s View.
