Remarks
Use the IsCustomization property to enable customization mode. In customization mode, an end-user is able to modify the layout of items:
- Rearrange items using drag-and-drop (if the LayoutControl.AllowItemMovingDuringCustomization option is enabled).
- Resize items (if the LayoutControl.AllowItemSizingDuringCustomization option is enabled).
- Specify horizontal and vertical alignment of items via the Item Customization Toolbar (see LayoutControl.ItemCustomizationToolbarStyle).
To save and then restore the current layout of items to a data store, use the LayoutControl’s LayoutControlBase.WriteToXML and LayoutControl.ReadFromXML methods.
