Removes the specified node and optionally, all its children.

Parameters

node	TreeListNode	A TreeListNode object that is the node to remove.
deleteChildren	Boolean	true to remove all child nodes; otherwise, false.

Remarks

If the deleteChildren parameter is set to false, child nodes are moved to the Root.
