Name	Description
Left	Specifies that the scrollbar annotation marks are aligned to the left of the scrollbar.
Right	Specifies that the scrollbar annotation marks are aligned to the right of the scrollbar.
Center	Specifies that the scrollbar annotation marks are aligned to the center of the scrollbar.
Full	Specifies that the scrollbar annotation marks are stretched horizontally to fill the scrollbar.
