The FilterGroupSortChanging event's data class is FilterGroupSortChangingEventArgs. The following properties provide information specific to this event:

Method Description
InvokeEventHandler(Delegate, Object) When overridden in a derived class, provides a way to invoke event handlers in a type-specific way, which can increase efficiency over the base implementation. Inherited from RoutedEventArgs.
IsFilteredBy(String) Gets whether the GridControl is filtered by the field name.
IsGroupedBy(String) Gets whether the GridControl is grouped by the field name.
IsSortedBy(String) Gets whether the GridControl is sorted by the field name.
OnSetSource(Object) When overridden in a derived class, provides a notification callback entry point whenever the value of the Source property of an instance changes. Inherited from RoutedEventArgs.

Remarks

In the FilterGroupSortChanging event, you can change sorting, grouping, filtering, and searching.

Use event’s arguments only, using the outer GridControl can disrupt the work of the application.
