ArcScaleCollection	An ArcScaleCollection object that contains circular gauge scales.

Remarks

Use the Scales property to add or remove scales to the gauge, as well as to customize different settings of individual gauge scales. A single scale is an instance of the ArcScale class and can be accessed via the GaugeDependencyObjectCollectionBase<T>.Item property of an ArcScaleCollection object.
