Remarks

Each arc scale can hold a collection of ranges returned by the ArcScale.Ranges property and represented by the ArcScaleRangeCollection class. Each collection item is an instance of the ArcScaleRange class and can be accessed via the GaugeDependencyObjectCollectionBase<T>.Item property of an ArcScaleRangeCollection object.
