Boolean	true if the BaseLayoutItem resizing at runtime is enabled; otherwise, false.

Remarks

Set the AllowSizing property to false if you want to lock your content, preventing it from being resized by an end-user. Notice that the current BaseLayoutItem‘s size can still passively change if its neighboring BaseLayoutItem is resized.
