BaseLayoutItem.AllowRename Property
Allows you to prevent an item's caption from being renamed when the DockLayoutManager.AllowLayoutItemRename option is enabled. This is a dependency property.

Remarks
To enable item renaming, use the DockLayoutManager.AllowLayoutItemRename option. The AllowRename property can be used to prevent a specific item from being renamed, when the DockLayoutManager.AllowLayoutItemRename option is set to true. The AllowRename property is ignored if the DockLayoutManager.AllowLayoutItemRename option is set to false.
