Remarks

If the item was contained in a container, the OldIndex property returns the index within this container’s DiagramContainerBase.Items collection. Otherwise, it returns the index within the DiagramControl.Items collection. The DiagramItemBoundsChangedEventArgs.OldParent event’s property returns the item’s previous parent.
