Remarks

DevExpress controls clear UI Automation peers and events to avoid the impact on performance in applications that do not rely on UI Automation. However, DevExpress controls do not clear UI Automation peers and events if the system uses Narrator or the Screen Reader Parameter is set.

If you wish to use the UI Automation framework without screen readers, set the IsEnabled property to false in the application constructor or any other code that is invoked before DevExpress controls are loaded:
