Name	Description
Always	The scroll buttons are always visible.
Never	The scroll buttons are always hidden.
WhenNeeded	A scroll button is visible if it is possible to scroll the Header Panel in the corresponding direction.

Remarks

The values listed by this enumeration are used to set the TabControlScrollView.ScrollButtonsShowMode property.
