How to: Set Time Interval Available for End-Users (legacy)

Note

You are viewing documentation for the legacy WPF Scheduler control. If you’re starting a new project, we strongly recommend that you use a new control declared in the DevExpress.Xpf.Scheduling namespace. If you decide to upgrade an existing project in order to switch to the updated scheduler control, see the Migration Guidelines document.

In some real-life applications it may be necessary to restrict end-users from operating beyond a specified time interval and block the view of appointments scheduled for dates outside it.

This example demonstrates how to set the scheduler’s limit interval with the specified start date and duration, using the SchedulerControl.LimitInterval property.

<dxsch:SchedulerControl.LimitInterval>
     <dxschcore:TimeInterval Start="10/8/2010" Duration="5"/>
</dxsch:SchedulerControl.LimitInterval>
