Remarks

You should explicitly cast the passed object of the AppointmentImportingEventArgs type to iCalendarAppointmentImportingEventArgs within the event handler. Then, you can access the loaded event calendar component via the iCalendarAppointmentImportingEventArgs.VEvent property, and decide whether this item should be processed or not. To cancel processing, set the AppointmentCancelEventArgs.Cancel to true.
