#Remarks
The ResourceDeleting event is raised before a resource is deleted, and allows you to cancel its deletion. The event parameter's PersistentObjectEventArgs.Object property allows the processed resource to be identified. To prevent it from being deleted, set the PersistentObjectCancelEventArgs.Cancel property to true.
