AddNewFields static	Gets or sets whether the fields that currently exist in the PivotGrid, but do not exist in a layout when it is restored, should be retained.
AddNewGroups static	Gets or sets whether the groups that currently exist in the PivotGrid, but do not exist in a layout when it is restored, should be retained.
RemoveOldFields static	Gets or sets whether the fields that exist in a layout when it is restored, but do not currently exist in the PivotGrid, should be discarded.
StoreLayoutMode static	Gets or sets which settings should be saved when saving the PivotGrid's layout.
