Remarks

The IsActuallyCollapsed property returns true if the following conditions met:

• the LayoutGroup.View property is set to LayoutGroupView.GroupBox.
• the LayoutGroup.IsCollapsible property is set to true.
• the LayoutGroup.IsCollapsed property is set to true.
