Gets or sets whether an end-user is allowed to change the band's parent band. This is a dependency property.

Remarks

End-users are allowed to change the band's hierarchy if the view's AllowChangeBandParent property is set to true.

If the band's BaseColumn.AllowMoving property is set to 'False', the AllowChangeBandParent property has no effect.
