This method sets the editor's BaseEdit.EditValue property to the minimum allowed value, specified by the SpinEdit.MinValue property. To set the editor's value to the maximum allowed value, use the SpinEdit.Maximize method. The maximum allowed value is specified by the SpinEdit.MaxValue property.
