Event Data

The SelectedIndexChanged event's handler receives an argument of the RoutedEventArgs type. The following properties provide information specific to this event:

OriginalSource	Gets the original reporting source as determined by pure hit testing, before any possible Source adjustment by a parent class.
RoutedEvent	Gets or sets the RoutedEvent associated with this RoutedEventArgs instance.
Source	Gets or sets a reference to the object that raised the event.

Remarks

The SelectedIndexChanged event occurs after the ListBoxEdit.SelectedIndex property's value has been changed. The currently selected item is returned by the ListBoxEdit.SelectedItem property.

If multiple item selection is enabled, use the ListBoxEdit.SelectedItems property to obtain the selected items.
