oldSelectedIndex	Int32	A zero-based integer value that specifies the index of the previously selected tab item. This value is assigned to the TabControlSelectionChangedEventArgs.OldSelectedIndex property.
newSelectedIndex	Int32	A zero-based integer value that specifies the index of the currently selected tab item. This value is assigned to the TabControlSelectionChangedEventArgs.NewSelectedIndex property.
